Phillipa Morley

Phillipa Morley is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Since October 2019, Phillipa has served as the Head of HR at The Outward Bound Trust. Prior to this role, Phillipa held the position of Head of People at Westmorland Limited from January 2014 to October 2019. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager (Head of Function) at Carebase Ltd (June 2006 - March 2013), HR Manager at Day Lewis Plc (June 2005 - June 2006), and Personnel Manager at Allders (December 2000 - June 2005). Phillipa holds a degree in Health & Community Studies from the University of Chester, which was completed between 1997 and 2000, and attended St Andrews Croydon from 1991 to 1996.
