Cliff MacDonald

Founder, CEO & Managing Partner at The Oxford Group

Cliff MacDonald has a wealth of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Cliff started their career in 1974 at Unum/Unionmutual and worked their way up to the role of Regional Group Manager/Senior Account Executive. Cliff then moved to The Phoenix Companies, where they continued in a similar position. In 1995, Cliff joined The Hartford as a Senior Account Executive before transitioning to The Standard Insurance Company as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant in 1999. In 2002, they became the Vice President of Sales at AIG/Global Employee Benefits Division. In 2005, Cliff founded their own company, Oxford Advisors, LLC, where they served as the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner. Lastly, since 2007, they have been a member of the Board of Directors at LeTip International.

Cliff MacDonald studied at Boston College Carroll School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in Marketing and Philosophy. Additionally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, and completed their high school education at North Quincy High.
