Stephen Dudley has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stephen most recently served as the Technical Director - Building Integration at The PAC Group, leading a technical team to design and implement gigaplant facilities for global clients. Prior to that, they were the Head of Building Integration at Britishvolt, where they were responsible for coordinating the design and installation of process services across the company's portfolio. Stephen also served as the Senior Process Engineering Project Manager at Britishvolt. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Project Manager at UKBIC, Senior Programme Manager at Millbrook Proving Ground, Project Manager Civil Engineer Team Lead and Project Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, Highways Design Engineer at Scott Wilson, and Section Engineer and Graduate/Site Engineer at Carillion PLC.
Stephen Dudley pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Warwick and completed a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Civil Engineering in 2007. After that, they pursued higher education at the University of Birmingham from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Master of Science in Construction Management. In 2016, Stephen participated in the Talent Management Development Programme at the Cranfield School of Management, where they learned about Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, Stephen became an APMP-certified professional in January 2018 through the Association for Project Management. Stephen also earned the title of Chartered Engineer (M.I.C.E) in January 2017, awarded by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
