Meredith G. Heinlein

Meredith Heinlein, SHRM-CP, currently serves in a Talent & Operations role at The Palisades Group, LLC, an alternative asset manager in the global residential credit market, since May 2022. Meredith previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist for the State of Wisconsin, where responsibilities included guiding recruitment, staffing, compensation, and employee relations for a diverse workforce. Prior experience includes a position as a Tax Preparer & Data Validator at Baker Tilly US and an internship focused on recruitment processes at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
