Noha Hassan

Noha Hassan serves as a MEL Advisor at The Palladium Group since September 2023, where responsibilities include guiding 16 implementing partners in developing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning plans aligned with CFYE guidelines. Previously, Noha worked with the International Labour Organization as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant, contributing to various projects focused on productivity, decent work, and combating human trafficking. Experience spans multiple consulting roles across organizations such as DAI, Q2 Impact, GIZ, UNOPS, and others, where responsibilities involved developing MEL frameworks, conducting evaluations, and providing technical support. Noha's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Development Management from The London School of Economics, a Micro Masters in Supply Chain Management from MIT, and a BSc in Technology Based Management from The German University in Cairo.
