Ty Sar

Ty Sar is an experienced contract specialist with a focus on federal consulting roles. Currently, Ty serves as a Consultant Contract Specialist at Panum Group, LLC for the USDA Farm Production and Conservation since August 2017. Ty's responsibilities include preparing solicitation and essential documentation for awards, as well as executing pre-award functions for complex procurement contracts. Previously, Ty held the position of Contracting Officer at the Federal Maritime Commission from May 2015 to August 2017, and served as a Consultant Sr. Contract Specialist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the United States Coast Guard. Ty also contributed to contract management at the USDA Food and Nutrition Service, where significant research contracts were prepared. Academic qualifications include studies at Montgomery College, University of Phoenix, and Walden University.
