Tim DeLessio possesses extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as Partner in the Retail Operations Practice at The Partnering Group since February 2023. As a Retail Consultant at DeLessio LLC since January 2020, DeLessio draws on a robust background, including a long tenure at DFS Group Limited from 1998 to 2020, where roles included President of Global Store Operations with responsibility for multi-billion-dollar sales, and leadership in store operations across various regions including Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East. DeLessio’s early career at Macy's, LLC spanned from 1985 to 1998, culminating in the position of Group Vice President Stores, with significant advancements throughout various East Coast locations. DeLessio holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of South Florida, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
