Krystle May Statler is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in organizational management, technology integration, and fostering inclusive work environments. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Pathfinder Network, Krystle oversees operational efficiency, vendor relationships, and budgeting while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Brown Hope and Vice President, Administration Manager at Guggenheim Partners, demonstrating a strong track record in staff management, financial oversight, and strategic collaboration. Krystle holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Otis College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Merced.
