Evelyn Dahm

Evelyn Dahm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in science and technology advisory roles, particularly within military contexts. Currently serving as the Deputy Science Advisor at US EUCOM since October 2017, Evelyn Dahm also works as a Subject Matter Expert for the US Army Unique Mission Cell and Pacific SOF Liaison at The Patuxent Partnership. Previous positions include ownership of Acies Insights LLC, where advisory services were provided to Special Operations Command Pacific, as well as significant analytical roles in various organizations such as NSI, Inc. and Strategic Analysis, Inc. Evelyn Dahm holds a PhD and an MA in War Studies from King's College London and a Special Degree in Politics & Legislative Studies from the University of Hull.
