Gary Barker

Gary "Switch" Barker possesses extensive experience in military operations and aeronautics, currently serving as a Live Mission Operations Capability Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the United States Air Force since December 2021. Barker also contributes to The Patuxent Partnership in a dual role as an IPA Detailed to USAF and Live Combat Training Systems SME. A dedicated student, Barker is set to graduate with an Executive MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in May 2024. Prior to the current positions, Barker had a distinguished 23-year career in the United States Air Force, where roles included LMOC Lead at AFLCMC/HBZ, F-16 Realistic Training Manager, and Chief of Scheduling for the 80th Fighter Squadron, among others. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master's in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
