Marisa Lucier

Marisa Lucier is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer Project Manager 1 at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since June 2022, after previously holding the title of Engineer Trainee. In addition to current responsibilities, Marisa has been a Team Chief at the PA Air National Guard since July 2011, overseeing command and control operations for cable and wireless distribution systems in tactical and strategic settings. Previous roles include Surveying Technician at AWK Consulting Engineers, Inc. and Intermittent Liquor Store Clerk at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Academically, Marisa has a Structural Design and Construction Engineering degree from Penn State Harrisburg, along with associate degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Structural Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, respectively.
