Stephen Brousse P.e.

Stephen Brousse P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer Project Manager at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since August 2022, Stephen oversees facilities and special projects. Previously, as a Bridge Engineer at HDR from April 2019 to August 2022, Stephen contributed to a variety of bridge projects across several states. Prior experience at Dewberry from December 2008 to April 2019 included roles as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Structural Engineer, focusing on PennDOT transportation projects. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and has pursued education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and Saint Francis University.
