Construction Engineering Manager at The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Inc.

Steve Hrvoich, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in construction management and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Construction Engineering Manager at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since August 2015, Steve is responsible for the management of significant construction projects including bridge replacements and the expansion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Prior roles include Project Manager at Hill International, overseeing various improvement projects, and Construction Manager at ALCM, managing the construction of sections of the Mon-Fayette Expressway and facilities for the Turnpike Commission. During tenure with Allegheny County, Steve managed multiple capital projects within the Construction Division of Public Works, following earlier experience as an Associate Engineer at the Port Authority of Allegheny County and as an Inspector/Project Engineer at Mellon Stuart Company. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
