Keona Potvin

Keona Potvin is a co-founder of Pink Door Society and currently serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Flexiti, where efforts include developing a DEI budget and leading training improvements. Additional roles include social club member at The People People Group and Monday Girl, both aimed at empowering HR professionals and women in their careers, respectively. Previous experience includes recruiting and fundraising coordination at Public Outreach Fundraising, where scheduling for over 40 roles was managed, along with training new hires as Airport Operations Communications Officer at Allied Universal. Keona Potvin holds a diploma in Police Foundations from Humber College.
