Delaine Ross

Delaine Ross is an experienced professional with a diverse background in brand marketing, talent development, and kettlebell training. Currently, Delaine serves as a Brand Marketing Specialist and has held several managerial roles at The Phoenix since October 2017, including Learning and Talent Development Manager and Regional Development Lead. Concurrently, Delaine has been a Senior Instructor at StrongFirst since January 2010, leading a team in kettlebell certification workshops across multiple cities and developing educational products for trainers. Previously, Delaine owned and operated Condition Kettlebell Gym from July 2007 to April 2015, where responsibilities included employee management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight. Delaine holds a B.S. in STaC from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1998 and 2004.
