Danelle Mascho has a wealth of work experience in various companies. Danelle started their career as a Materials Buyer at Dresser-Rand in 1988 and worked there until 1993. Danelle then joined Homecare and Hospice Inc as a Quality Assurance professional in 1993 and stayed there until 1998.

In 1998, Danelle joined LPCiminelli where they held multiple roles.
