Pat is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with 25 years of experience working in long term and sub-acute healthcare. Pat has expertise in all aspects of healthcare management with a strong focus on census building and referral development. She also has an accomplished record of budget management, including staff retention, resulting in substantial savings.

Pat’s continuing education strengths include Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, Disaster Preparedness, Staff Education, and Labor Law. The healthcare programs at The Pines have earned strong results on state surveys and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
