Rebecca Mancini

Rebecca Mancini serves as a Member and Immigration Deputy Business Unit Leader at Clark Hill Law since April 2018, specializing in corporate immigration matters and managing the PERM labor certification and immigrant green card processes. As a Founding Member of The Post since January 2023, Rebecca has contributed to a range of corporate immigration issues. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Corporate Immigration Attorney at Miller Canfield, where advice was provided on various employment-based visa categories. Additional experience includes roles at Fakhoury Global Immigration and several law clerk positions within U.S. federal agencies. Rebecca Mancini earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Michigan State University.
