Previously, Chris held the position of Associate Consultant at POWERS, leading projects across various sectors, including manufacturing and food processing, while enhancing operational efficiency through management training. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Supervisor at Rupari Food Services, overseeing a high-volume ready-to-eat department and implementing key performance indicators for waste reduction. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronic Engineering Technology from Purdue University Northwest in 2013.
