Robyn Mather

Robyn Mather, MCPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent optimization. As the Founder and President of Leadership State of Mind since June 2009, Robyn has demonstrated a commitment to developing effective leadership strategies. In addition, Robyn serves as a Certified Partner and Talent Optimization Consultant with The Predictive Index since November 2019. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Customer Experience Creator at The Wine Shop of Reading from November 2001 to March 2009, Senior Web Producer at Akamai Technologies from October 1999 to December 2000, and Director of Internet for HR at Fidelity Investments from September 1997 to September 1999. Robyn is a graduate of Manhattanville College.
