Lauren Smeltz

Lauren Smeltz has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as a Health Coach at The Primary Health Network since April 2016. Previous roles include Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions at BAYADA Home Health Care and PSA Healthcare, as well as a Disability Specialist/School Nurse at Early Head Start Home Base. Lauren also worked as a Pediatric Nurse at Links 2 Care and as a Podiatrist Assistant/Nurse at Juniata Valley Foot and Ankle. Education was obtained at the Mifflin-Juniata Career and Technology Center.
