Jerome Intia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jerome currently serves as the Vice President of External Relations at The Primary School since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Big Picture Productions as a Member of the Board of Directors, where they conceptualized and executed client activities for lifestyle, social, and corporate events. Jerome also held the role of Committee Member at US Alumni Club PH.

Jerome Intia attended Cathedral Chapel School but there is no information on the degree or field of study. Following that, they completed their high school education at Loyola High School of Los Angeles from 1991 to 1995 where they pursued a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. After that, they attended Glendale Community College from 1995 to 1997 and earned transfer credits in Political Science and Government. Lastly, they graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from 1997 to 1999.
