Hywel Wilson

Hywel Wilson has extensive experience in service delivery and analysis, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Principality Building Society since July 2016, after previously holding the position of Service Delivery Analyst. Prior to this role, Hywel worked at Ageas Insurance Limited from 2006 to July 2016, progressing from Affinities Administrator to Service Desk Analyst, and eventually Senior Service Desk Analyst. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Management from Solent University, completed between 2002 and 2005, along with earlier studies at Barton Peveril and Swanmore Secondary.
