Alexa W. is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for People & Culture at PS since August 2021, focusing on engagement and retention initiatives, including performance reviews and DE&I programs. Previously, as a Human Resources Business Partner at WhoWhatWhy from October 2019 to September 2021, Alexa collaborated with departments to strategize hiring and trained a team of recruiters. Prior roles include ConCISE Consulting Coordinator at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where responsibilities included client proposals and event organization, as well as a Student Success Graduate Assistant, where standard operating procedures for national campuses were developed. Alexa holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
