Connor Harrington

Connor Harrington is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the VP and Head of People at PS since May 2025. Prior to this role, Connor Harrington held various leadership positions at Equinox from July 2018 to May 2025, including Vice President of People & Culture and Senior Director of People Services. Additionally, Connor Harrington's career includes extensive experience at Wegmans Food Markets, where roles spanned from Employee Representative to Restaurant Manager between March 2009 and June 2018. Academic qualifications include education from the State University of New York at Oswego and Niagara University, along with a background in coaching as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for Swimming and Diving at Brandeis University from 2012 to January 2015.
