Rachel Tully is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as Head of People at The Progress Group since May 2022, Rachel has held various roles including People Strategy & Systems Manager and HR System & Recruitment Manager. Prior experience includes Human Resources Manager at Morrisons from December 2018 to May 2022 and multiple roles at Asda from May 2001 to December 2018, including Ecommerce Manager and People Manager. Rachel is skilled in creating diverse talent pipelines, managing wage budgets, ensuring policy compliance, and analyzing attendance and retention data to improve workforce engagement. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Liverpool John Moores University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
