Rachel Brooks

Rachel Brooks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, evaluation, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director, Research and Evaluation at The Prosperity Agenda since May 2016, Rachel has held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director and Co-Executive Director. A Co-Founder and former CEO of Echo Mobile from September 2011 to August 2023, Rachel has also provided consulting services as Principal Consultant for Popular Development and worked in several capacities in organizations such as Juhudi Kilimo and Kiva Microfunds. Rachel's career began in communication and content roles with notable companies like Adobe Systems and Microsoft. With a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in History, Rachel brings a rich background in public service and organizational management.
