Niels Lauret has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Niels began with an internship at BAC BV in 2007, followed by an internship at DSM Food Specialties in the same year. In 2008, they began working as a Molecular Biologist at Royal Nedalco. From 2011-2012, they worked at C5 Yeast Company B.V. as a Coördinator ICT and Analist Molecular Biology. From 2012-2018, they worked at DSM as a Senior Technician and Coördinator ICT (local contact). Since 2018, they have been employed at The Protein Brewery as a Senior Molecular Biologist and IT & Facilities.
Niels Lauret attended Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained an HBO degree in Biotechnology. Prior to that, they attended Zeldenrust Steelant College from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a HAVO degree in Natuur & Gezondheid. Niels also obtained a Model Baarda™ voor beloningsmanagement certification from Bureau Baarda in March 2021.
