Wim de Laat has a diverse background in the field of biotechnology, with experience ranging from managerial roles to consultancy and contract research. Wim is the founder, co-owner, and supervisory board member of The Protein Brewery, a company focused on innovative food protein production. Wim has also been involved with companies like Bain & Company, BioscienZ B.V., Soiltech, DSM, Royal Nedalco, and Gist Brocades in various roles such as owner, manager, principal scientist, and senior scientist. Wim holds a Masters degree in Molecular Sciences from Wageningen University & Research.
