Don Corder

Don’s passion is making a difference in the world for poor, hungry and undiscipled people. He is committed to making disciples of all people for the transformation of the world. He accomplishes this by partnering with people and organizations who share the same passion. Don has dedicated his life to make ministry easier for those who lead ministry. He does this by helping leaders manage their ministries so they can work on their ministry not in it and does it with an uncompromising commitment to value, integrity and ethics.

Don’s career is highlighted by more than 30 years of success in executive leadership in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations as a CEO and COO. He is results-oriented with a unique blend of leadership, analytical abilities and a broad set of experiences, combined with a passion for the Gospel. Don specializes in the areas of general management, marketing, donor management, analytics, and operations. He is highly proficient in taking a vision or concept and making it a reality while achieving high levels of efficiency, effectiveness and objectivity. Don leads with a focus on ministry mission, increased cash flow and stakeholder development.

Don has been married to his wife Jill for 39 years. They have 3 grown sons and reside in central Ohio.
