Deb Smith

Deb Smith currently serves as a Talent Acquisition professional at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) since March 2022, contributing to the oversight of audits for public companies and brokers to protect investors. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Growth Officer and HR/Talent Leader at Forensic Risk Alliance, Corporate HR focused on Leadership Development at Bechtel Corporation, and Chief Growth Officer at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. Deb also held leadership positions at Beers + Cutler, RTC Relationship Marketing, and Agency Management Group. An early career began as an Advertising Account Supervisor at Earle Palmer Brown. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and is currently pursuing an Executive Education Program in Leadership for Extraordinary Performance at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
