Harriet Smith

Harriet Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Harriet began their career at Randstad as a Staffing Manager from 1998 to 2002. Harriet then worked at Temporary Solutions as a Staffing Specialist from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, Harriet started their own company, Que Personnel, where they served as the Owner and Staffing Manager until 2008. During this time, they handled various responsibilities such as composing proposals, interviewing candidates, developing marketing materials, and managing customer and employee relations.

Alongside their entrepreneurial endeavors, Harriet held administrative positions at different organizations. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Glenmont United Methodist Church as an Administrative Assistant, where they coordinated various tasks such as answering calls, managing accounts, creating church newsletters, and maintaining records. Harriet also served as the Church Secretary at Glenmont from 2007 to 2016.

Additionally, Harriet served as the Church Clerk at Living Word Love Fellowship Ministries from 2007 onwards. In 2003, they were on the Board of Trustees at First Combined Federal, where they collaborated with board members to improve credit union services and organize events.

Throughout their career, Harriet has demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and managerial skills. Harriet has also been involved in mentorship programs and guest speaking engagements at IM4RADIO. Harriet Smith attended H.D. Woodson Sr. High from 1976 to 1979, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time. Afterwards, Harriet Smith completed high school at H.D. Woodson High School and received a Diploma.
