Shweta Madaan

Shweta Madaan has extensive work experience in research and business development roles. Shweta is currently employed at Q2 Impact as the Deputy Director of Research and Proposal Management. In this role, they provide support to the Business Development and Technical teams, identifies new business opportunities, and potential partners for strategic partnerships.

Before their current position, Shweta worked as a Research Manager and Business Development Coordinator at Q2 Impact. In these roles, they established and headed the Business Development Research Unit, monitored and analyzed forecasts and budget projections for upcoming business opportunities, and spearheaded initiatives to improve capture management and proposal development processes.

Prior to joining Q2 Impact, Shweta held positions such as Business Development Associate, Business Intelligence Specialist, and Research and Business Development Specialist at various organizations. In these roles, they ensured proposal compliance, assisted with teaming agreements and negotiations, and tracked donor pipelines to inform senior leadership of changes in donor trends and funding mechanisms.

Outside of their research and business development roles, Shweta also gained experience in brand building, relationship building, and placement activities through their positions at Corporate Relations and Placement Team DSE, MarCom Delhi School of Economics, and Internshala.
