Courtney Aycock

Courtney Aycock is an accomplished professional in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Representative at The Quartz Corp since February 2018. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resource Representative at the same company and multiple managerial positions at Chico's FAS Inc. as General Store Manager, Pier 1 Imports as Store Manager, and DressBarn, part of Ascena Retail Group, Inc., also as Store Manager. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources from Western Carolina University, in progress until August 2024, and several certificates from Cornell University's ILR School in Diversity and Inclusion for HR and Labor Relations, as well as a Human Resources CE from Duke University.
