David Baine

David Baine has extensive experience in commercial banking and real estate, currently serving in Commercial Banking at Queensborough National Bank and Trust Co. since March 2024 and as a Real Estate Partner at Price Street Partners, LLC since July 2016. Prior roles include Investment Research Director at BCC.Global from January 2018 to December 2023 and private equity at RCP Advisors from April 2013 to July 2016. David's career began with investment research positions at several firms, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and BCC.Global. David holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Business from Fordham University and has completed multiple specializations at Harvard Business School Online, including Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship Essentials. Additionally, David has pursued artistic studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
