Prior to this role, Stacy held various leadership positions in human resources and training, including Cluster Director of People Culture & Training at Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts and Talent Programme Manager at Hilton. With over 15 years of experience, Stacy has demonstrated expertise in talent management, learning and development strategy, and leadership coaching across multiple organizations, contributing to enhanced workforce capability and training initiatives.
