Mike Brewer

Mike Brewer has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at The RADCO Companies ® since October 2019. Prior to this role, they founded and served as the CEO of MultifamilyCollective since August 2006.

Before joining The RADCO Companies ®, Mike Brewer held various positions at RADCO Residential, including Executive Vice President from April 2018 to September 2019 and Vice President of Operations from September 2016 to April 2018. Mike also served as the Vice President of Operations at Mills Properties from April 2007 to August 2016.

Mike Brewer's earlier experience includes working as a Regional Manager at Equity Residential from October 1998 to May 2007, and as a District Manager at EPT Management Company from August 1996 to August 1998.

Mike Brewer attended Texas Tech University from 1990 to 1994, majoring in Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they obtained a certification called ARM from IREM in August 1996.
