Jj Erpaiboon

JJ Erpaiboon currently serves as Chief of Staff at The Radical Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on enabling an inclusive climate transition for Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, JJ was an Investor Relations Manager at Gobi Partners, supporting entrepreneurs in emerging markets. JJ's experience also includes serving as a Development, Project Coordinator at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace, where coordination of multiple hotel pre-opening projects was key. JJ began the career journey with internships at IHG Hotels & Resorts in portfolio management and at The New York Times in marketing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from International School Bangkok.
