Donna Budman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales strategy and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations at The RealReal since January 2021, Donna Budman leads strategic planning and large-scale initiatives through cross-functional collaboration while enhancing financial models and implementing compensation plans. Prior to this role, Donna Budman held various positions at Yelp from April 2016 to January 2021, progressing from Senior Manager to Director of Strategy and Planning. Donna Budman started the career at Oliver Wyman as an Associate and Management Consultant from October 2013 to April 2016, after completing internships at Nomura and The Heritage Group of Companies.
