Joanne's career began in the travel industry with TUI as a Technical Support Agent, followed by roles in claims processing at esure and order management at JD Williams. With a BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Oldham College, Joanne combines technical expertise with a solid foundation in customer service.
