Joe Bontempo

Joe Bontempo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 with a financial analyst internship at Cleveland Clinic. Joe then worked as a financial business analyst at Arrow Electronics from 2006 to 2010. After that, they joined Cleveland-Cliffs as a financial analyst, and later became a senior financial analyst and finance manager for global operations. In 2014, Joe moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they held various finance director roles, including merchandising and marketing. Finally, in 2019, they joined The Recycling Partnership as the director of finance and operations, and later became the chief of staff.

From 2007 to 2009, they attended John Carroll University, where they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration.

In 2014, they attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University for a short period to pursue Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

From 2002 to 2006, they attended John Carroll University again, this time obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

In 2012, they pursued advanced financial modeling at the American Management Association.

In the same year, they also obtained the certification of Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants.

Additionally, in September 2022, they obtained the Chief of Staff Executive Certification from The Chief of Staff Association.
