Aradhana Khowala

Aradhana Khowala is a prominent figure in the tourism and wellness sectors with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Global Wellness Institute since 2024, Khowala is also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Aptamind Partners, a consultancy focused on leveraging tourism as a catalyst for change. Additional roles include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Compensation and Nomination Committee at Elaf Group, and Chair of the Group Advisory Board at Red Sea Global, both prominent organizations in the MENA region's hospitality and tourism landscape. Khowala has also founded FiveEightTen, a platform aimed at improving diversity and inclusion in the travel sector. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of the World Tourism Forum Lucerne and as Managing Director of Tourism at NEOM. Educational qualifications include an MBA from EHL and advanced degrees from Cornell University and INSEAD, specializing in corporate governance and hotel real estate investments.
