Eisa Alanazi

Eisa Alanazi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eisa currently serves as the Technology Solutions Director at Red Sea Global, a position they started in March 2023. Prior to this, from April 2021 to March 2023, they worked as a Research and Innovation Consultant at the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST). Eisa has also held various positions at Umm Al-Qura University, including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, where they focused on teaching, research, and applying for grants. Eisa also served as the General Director of the Center of Innovation and Development in Artificial Intelligence, as well as the Head of the Computer Science Department. Before joining Umm Al-Qura University, Eisa worked as a Lecturer at the same institution from September 2012 to January 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Regina from January 2011 to December 2016. Eisa's earlier roles include working as a Java EE Developer at Bank Albilad from February 2012 to April 2012 and as a Mediation Developer at STC from July 2007 to April 2009.

Eisa Alanazi has a solid educational background in computer science. Eisa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University in 2007. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Regina from 2009 to 2011. Eisa further advanced their education, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Calgary in 2012-2013, and another PhD at the University of Regina from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Eisa Alanazi holds the certification of a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP 5) from Sun Microsystems, obtained in March 2006.
