Hamed Shahbar

Hamed Shahbar possesses extensive experience in technology operations and cybersecurity management, currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations and Director of Cybersecurity Management at Red Sea Global since November 2022. Prior to this, Hamed held the position of Vice President and Head of IT Network and Security at the Public Investment Fund from September 2019 to August 2022. Previous roles include Lead IT Security Professional at Saudi Information Technology Company, Security Analyst at SABIC on contract through Ebttikar Technology Company, and various positions at Georgia Southern University, Mobily, Saudi Industrial Development Company, United Matbouli Group, and Medical Filters Limited. Hamed earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University between 2010 and 2015.
