Suraj Subramanian-MIFST is a Senior Manager of Food Safety at Red Sea Global since October 2022, focusing on food safety management in luxury regenerative tourism and agriculture. Prior experience includes serving as Food Safety Manager at Majid Al Futtaim from February 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed designing standards, developing procedures, and implementing smart HACCP controls. Suraj held the position of Food Safety & Hygiene Officer at Sofitel Dubai Downtown from June 2015 to January 2017, overseeing compliance with food safety standards and conducting training programs. Experience also includes roles as Food Safety & Hygiene Officer at Intercat Hospitality LLC and a Project Intern at CFTRI. Suraj holds a Master’s Degree in Food and Nutrition Biotechnology and is currently pursuing an International Diploma in Health & Safety from NEBOSH.
