Suraj held the position of Food Safety & Hygiene Officer at Sofitel Dubai Downtown from June 2015 to January 2017, overseeing compliance with food safety standards and conducting training programs. Experience also includes roles as Food Safety & Hygiene Officer at Intercat Hospitality LLC and a Project Intern at CFTRI. Suraj holds a Master’s Degree in Food and Nutrition Biotechnology and is currently pursuing an International Diploma in Health & Safety from NEBOSH.
