Erica Duty-Hommes

Erica Duty-Hommes is a Senior Technical Analyst with extensive experience in systems engineering and end-user computing, currently functioning at BCU since May 2017. Erica acts as the lead engineer for Microsoft SCCM implementations, managing over 8,000 user desktops, laptops, and servers while providing Tier 3 support and automating software updates. Past roles include Systems Engineer at United Airlines, End User Computing Engineer at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c., and Engineer II at CDW and Waukesha County, where Erica developed migration strategies and managed software deployments.
