Wale Lawal, the founder and editor of The Republic, a digital media startup focusing on delivering real-time information about African countries. Wale is also the co-founder of GatePass, a company aiming to transform real estate across Africa. A member of Chatham House, Wale has experience as a management consultant at KPMG Nigeria and has worked on various projects focusing on market feasibility, strategy development, and organizational structure review. With a background in economics and African studies, Wale has leveraged their expertise to contribute to various organizations and events such as the LSE Africa Summit and The New York Forum Africa.
