Joyce Bell is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning various leadership roles in diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Rescue Mission of Roanoke since August 2022, Joyce previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources, Compliance & Culture at Richfield Living and Human Resources Manager at Medical Facilities of America. Joyce’s expertise includes strategic HR planning, employee relations, and compliance, with a history of enhancing workplace culture and implementing effective HR processes. Educational qualifications include two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mary Baldwin University.
