Nimmy John, M.S., is a research assistant at The Research Foundation for SUNY since January 2020, with concurrent experience as a teaching assistant at the University at Albany, SUNY. Previous roles include volunteering in the medical cardiology department at Albany Medical Center, participating in Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society, and serving as president of the UAlbany Forensic Science Club, where the constitution and bylaws were established. Nimmy John also has teaching experience as a vacation Bible school teacher, academic tutor in general chemistry, and shadowed Dr. Tina Chacko at McMahon Family Dentistry. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Forensic Biology and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Biology and Mathematics from the University at Albany.
