Muhammad Assad

Muhammad Assad is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, specializing in call mapping systems and web application development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Afiniti.com since July 2017, Muhammad contributes to the Afiniti™ Reporting Team, focusing on optimizing customer-agent call mappings through demographic and psychographic data. Previously, Muhammad worked as a Software Engineer at TRG - The Resource Group from April 2014, where responsibilities mirrored those at Afiniti. Prior to these roles, Muhammad gained valuable experience at XERMS (PRIVATE) LIMITED and Rawalz Systems, developing web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and working on various software projects. Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, completed in 2011.
